BMW has officially unveiled the 2016 X1 crossover. The new generation model comes with a more robust appearance that echoes the rest of the Bavarian company SUV’s.
The front part comes with a sportier bumper, a prominent grille that is flanked by LED headlights while at the back we see a tailgate mounted spoiler and new taillights.
Customers will be able to order three trim levels: Sport Line, xLine and M Sport. Inside the cabin, the new 2016 BMW X1 comes with new seats, high-gloss black accents and an infotainment system that works together with a 6.5 inch display. All these will be on the standard version.
On the technology side, the new 2016 BMW X1 has head-up display and a Driving Assistant Plus package with Active Cruise Control (with Stop & Go), Lane Departure Warning, Traffic Jam Assistant, Collision Warning and Pedestrian Warning with City Braking.
