Ford has officially unveiled the all-new 2015 Everest model. The Blue Oval model is based on the Ranger but it comes with a more premium look.
On the outside, we see LED DRLs, aluminum front and rear underbody protection and a bigger chrome front grille. In addition, the new Ford Everest comes with a 225 mm ground clearance and 800 mm water-wading capability,
According to Ford, the towing capacity for the new Everest stands at 3.000 kilograms with 750 kg cargo payload and a 29 degree approach angle and 25 degree departure angle.
The new Ford Everest has seven seats and features more than 30 stowage spaces. The car is equipped with the new SYNC2 infotainment system with an 8 inch touchscreen display, two USB ports and 240 volt socket for the second row.
On the safety and electronics features, the new Ford Everest comes with Hill Start Assist, Hill Ascent & Descent & Curve Control, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Aid, Blind Spot Information System with Cross Traffic Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, Roll Stability Control and ESP.
Under the hood, the new 2015 Ford Everest will come with a 2.0 liter EcoBoost, with a 2.2 liter Duratorq TDCi and a bigger 3.2 liter Duratorq TDCi. All the engines can be ordered with a manual or an automatic six speed transmission.
