Renault has officially unveiled the 2016 Kwid model. We are talking about a small crossover model that measures only 3.68 meters long and is 1.58 meters wide.
The 2016 Renault Kwid is based on the newly developed CMF-A platform, a co-developed architecture by Nissan and Renault Alliance.
The new 2016 Kwid has plastic body cladding a jacked up suspension and a generous 180 mm ground clearance. Inside the cabin, the 2016 Renault Kwid comes with a seven inch touchscreen display while the instrument cluster has been replaced with a digital display.

Under the hood of the 2016 Renault Kwid is a 0.8 liter engine matted to a five speed manual transmission which allow the vehicle to be extremely well positioned in terms of fuel consumption.
According to Renault, the new 2016 Kwid is a global project and if it will reach to Europe it will be sold as a Dacia model. The new Kwid will go on sale in India in the second half of 2015 and will have a price tag of 4.700 USD.
