Audi has unveiled today the brand-new 2014 A7 Sportback Competition. The model was developed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the TDI engine.
Under the hood of the 2014 Audi A7 Sportback Competition is a V6 3.0 liter TDI bi-turbo engine which has received charging and camshaft tweaks. As a result, the unit deliver 326 horsepower, with 7 HP more than the standard version and it also has received an overboost function that grants an extra 20 horsepower after the driver pushes the pedal to the metal.
Torque stands at 650 Nm peak of torque and it is available between 1,400 rpm and 2,800 rpm. As a result, the car can sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds, while the fuel consumption offered by Audi officials is clocked at 38.6 mpg US (46.3 mpg UK or 6.1 liters / 100 km) with CO2 emissions of 162 g/km.
On the outside, the 2014 Audi A7 Sportback Competition features the S line package and features 20 mm lowered suspension and unique 20 inch alloy wheels. In addition, the car can be painted in Nardo Gray, Misano Red, Daytona Gray and Sepang Blue.
Inside the cabin, buyers will find seat wrapped in Valcona leather or, for more money they can get S sport seats with contrasting stitching in Agate Grey or Misano Red. In addition, we see black wood and metal accessories.
According to Audi, order books will open at the beginning of August, while the delivers are set to kick off this fall.
